PMT Mission Statement
This 1-day workshop will discuss the roles and responsibilities of a supervisor. Topics include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, performance evaluation, employee discipline, and examination of company resources to enhance workplace performance.

  • Prepare and conduct a behavioral-based interview

  • Describe and demonstrate the constructive feedback process
  • Describe and demonstrate and (3)-step employee discipline process
  • Explain the “Career Path” process
  • List all Safety, HR, & Educational resources for employee development
